Today is Day 6 of the 30 day ab challenge and I thought that I should work my abs in a different way that in the challenge so I did :

Abs all night from blogilates
Both are great routines and my abs are now quacking! Hopefully I can move in the morning
I’m not sure really what day this would be because here is what has been happening. If you read the post before this then you will know that I’ve been feeling under motivated in working out and occasionally in life lately. This sucks! I really want to finish this ab challenge but I’m not sure if I should start over again or what. I think I’m going to try to keep going and just tell you that I’m on day 5 or 6 by my standards. I will post what I did for Day 6 or today in a separate post but here’s a round up from recent days
